I am a graduate of Seattle Pacific University’s Clothing and Textiles program and New York City’s Fashion Institute of Technology. After a brief stint in Seattle’s Sportswear Industry, a Navy Pilot swept me off my feet. Twenty years of marriage and eight children later, French Vanilla etc. was conceived.

It all started during the process of converting my big boys’ room to my big girls’ room. My two older daughters helped me whitewash (VANILLA) a desk and two French Provincial (FRENCH) dressers. We were so pleased with the results that we couldn’t wait to find more vintage furniture to restore. I knew that if I wanted to pursue this passion, I would have to find new homes for these pieces. So, I am offering them for sale in hopes that you will enjoy using them as much as I enjoy transforming them.
